Brian's "Complaints" ---------You Decide.

by R Willner, DPM (no login)

Brian Gale has had many challenges in his life. He went through PCPM and while I thought that it was pure Hell, Brian got the "Faculty Award" in the Senior Year.

Brian competed for that wonderful 4 year Foot and Ankle Surgery Program at St Joes. He excelled at it and received glowing Letters of Recommendations from his Residency Directors.

Brian, somehow, holds his marriage together in spite of the daily stress of holding 2 jobs-
Podiatry and the full time job of saving his Career.

Brian survived the suicide of his Dad when he was only 9 years old.

Now, Brian faces the "Complaints" of 4 patients.
Every patient saw a member of the Board.
And every patient has IMMUNITY. You can file a "complaint" for any reason and at any time.
There is no statute of limitations.

.. And every patient saw a Podiatrist on the Board.

That is a conflict of Interest in any other part of the country.

But, there is a 3 year statute of limitations for the crimes of Rape, Assault, and other Felonies.

Brian thinks that he did nothing wrong and did not practice below the Standard of Care.
I reviewed these cases and I agree with him.

But, frankly, who cares what I think?

These "Complaints" have been made public for months now. Check back in these posts to August.

Brian wants every Podiatrist to get a copy of these "Complaints" to see for themselves.
Just Email Brian at brian@briangale.com to get a copy.

It is my opinion that the North Dakota Board will use these "Complaints" to suspend Brian's License. If that is the case, that is absolutely unacceptable to THIS podiatrist and hopefully to EVERY podiatrist who demands fairness and Justice in our profession.
