Brian Gale not allowed to speak in meeting with ND Podiatry Board !!!!!!!!!!

by Northern Podiatrist

It is my understanding after reading Brian Gale that he was not allowed to speak at the meetings of the North Dakota Podiatry Board!!! He was not allowed to ask questions of the Podiatrists and one MD present at the meetings. Anyone could see that the Podiatrists were either not prepared to have a serious discussion on the merits of the complaints or they knew that they did not have to do a good job because no one can judge their work.

There is no superior. There is no boss. There is no appeal. The district Judge only ajudicates on the procedure, not the content or quality.

The Appeal is on the fact that the district Judge was right.

Nobody judges the North Dakota Podiatry Board!!
Nobody judges the North Dakota Podiatry Board!!!
Nobody judges the North Dakota Podiatry Board!!!!
Nobody judges the North Dakota Podiatry Board!!!!!

Hey, I thought that all Americans have Civil Rights!! All Americans except Brian Gale, DPM.

Brian Gale, DPM can not speak or respond to the Board.
The Decision of the Podiatry Board is FINAL.
FINAL. FINAL. No checks and balances.

I noticed that ALL Podiatrists on the Board voted to nail Gale. No dissenters. The transcripts show that there were no difference of opinion, however minor.

I noticed that the MD on the Board also must have learned alot of Podiatric Surgery to also have an educated and informed opinion on Dr Gale. He must have cracked the books for weeks and months to gather enought specialized knowledge to JUDGE and EXECUTE Dr Brian Gale. I wonder how such a busy Medical Doctor had the time for this. I wonder what textbooks he read? What papers he reviewed? I mean, Rearfoot and Ankle procedures are very complicated.
And, to make a decision on Dr Gales entire future I am sure he went BEYOND the call of duity and studied some more. Would we expect less of a North Dakota Podiatry Board Member?
Perhaps our Colleges of Podiatry could bestow on him an Honorary Degree to recognize this diligent self study.

He, too, voted against Dr Gale. And, did not ask him, nor permit him to speak on the facts, or in his defense.

I vote to give the MD the FIDEL CASTRO AWARD FOR FREEDOM!!!
Or, is it more probable that he was briefed by another Podiatrist? Briefed by a Podiatrist who hates Dr Gale? Or briefed by a Podiatrist who does not have the training or education of Dr. Gale; or do the procedures in question? How can a Podiatrist who does not do the procedures that were in question JUDGE and EXECUTE Dr Gale?
