Why should Brian have to suffer at OUR hands?
by Richard Willner (no login)

Dear Doctors and Students:

A new Academic Year is almost here. For me, it is a time for beginning-- a time to buy a new suit for the holidays, to sign up for a CME, to go to the Open House at my daughters school.

It is a time for change, for progress. My little kid is now in the 7th grade and tonight she was weepy because her Mom did not allow her to do a Dance at the local Boy's High School. She knew enough not to ask me.

Those moronic boys, if they acted like I did when I was in 9th grade, my precious child has no business near those monsters.

Now, back to Brian Gale. The whole point to this piece. Brian starts the Fall with the same Bull Crap that he has faced for the last year, and the year before that, and the year before that, etc.

Now, he is getting "Retrained" by the Board. Lots of Mini-residencies that keep him out of the office for most of a week and cost, perhaps over $3,000 a pop. Maybe this year he has 7 of these to go to as part of the "Discipline". Can YOU stay away from the Office for so long?

Can YOU afford these fees and Hotel Rooms and Air Fare? Especially in these days of severe cutbacks in payments from Medicare and Insurance Companies?

Does ANYONE think that Brian is not well trained and knows his business? Even the President of the North Dakota APMA appointed Brian as the CHIEF DELEGATE from that state to represent all Podiatrists from North Dakota. Doesn't sound like that
President thinks that Brian is Public Enemy Number One, does it? It is a small state and a few DPMs have stood up and chose to write letters in support of Brian Gale, DPM

Have you seen ONE letter published that was critical to Brian? Not one was published.

Over 500 hand written and typed letters from his Patients. Check the old Posts from this
PODIATRY FORUM and read what others have written about this excellent, very respected Doctor.

This is YOUR profession, dear reader. Do you want a Profession that turns it's back on Fairness and Justice? ((Next year, or in five, it could be you. ))

Do you want the Administrators from Medicare to read Brian Gales site (www.briangale.com ) and have a LOWER OPINION OF PODIATRY? Can YOU respect Podiatry when YOU read that site?

That translates into lower fees, wouldn't you think? Can anyone argue the opposing side?

If you think that you, yourself, are entitled to Justice and Fairness, consider doing the right thing. Or, you can click on another message.
