"The board consists of five members appointed by the
governor. Four of the members are doctors of podiatric medicine. One member
is a doctor of medicine. The board members annually elect by majority vote
from the board membership the president, vice president, and
secretary-treasurer and such other officers as are established by the board.
Members of the board who are doctors of podiatric medicine shall serve
four-year terms arranged so that one term expires each year."
