Subj: Brian Gale the view from down under

I have found it fascinating reading about this man's experience with the North Dakota registration Board. Speaking very much from the sidelines here in New Zealand, I must say it is rather odd to find someone in the USA going through this ordeal. I have a view of USA being a place where people can do just about
anything providing others are not adversely affected.

This case does illustrate how those in charge of a system can be challenged in an open society. As an "outsider" there is not a lot I can offer to this case, but I would like to assure Dr Gale that there are people around the world watching and wishing him well.

The flip side to this is a comment to the North Dakota registration Board that the whole world is watching and anticipating a just result.
