Subj: Update on Brian Gale case

Yes, I am writing yet another update on Brian Gale. Because the
webmaster was on vacation this entire month, the website
www.briangale.com was not updated to reflect the new realities.

For those of us who like to keep score, Brian today topped $350,000
in legal and other fees. The American Podiatric Medical
Association (APMA) has issued a Board of Inquiry to investigate the
members of the APMA who are and have been sitting on the North
Dakota Podiatric Medical Board. The findings will be presented
during the APMA meeting in Philly.

Brian is always looking for volunteers to help in this effort. If you
are able to help, please Email Brian at brian@briangale.com Even
one hour is valuable.

For those who do not know me, let me re-state my involvement. I
saw Brian Gale's Email on Alan Sherman's Podiatry Online, Inc on
February 21, 2000. I frankly thought that Brian was not telling the
truth and I was positive that the State Boards are fair and just. I
Emailed Brian questions and he responded. We talked at length
about this. At that time, I had never met nor talked to Brian Gale.
In fact, I have never met or talked to any North Dakota Podiatrist, or
even the "experts". I am independent as I have no dog in this
hunt. At that time, I asked Brian for all "source documents"---
Patient charts, legals, Board proceedings, everything. He sent all
to me and I carefully read them.

What was overwhelmingly obvious to me was the sloppiness of the
Board. Brian was charged with "complaints" that did not exist.
"Complaints" changed. I kept digging because this case was so one
sided that I expected that I missed something. Check out the
website in the areas that are the "links" to see for yourself.

Let me state in the strongest possible words: Brian did absolutely
nothing wrong. Enough!!
Gale spoke of the 500 Patient Letters. I
asked for a copy to be sent to me and to Alan Sherman, DPM.
Trust me when I say that these letters are truly unbelievable. As I
recall, Alan made some wonderful comments that you can find on
www.briangale.com . The Brian Gale matter has been in the public
for 3 months. Almost 50,000 visitors from within Podiatry and
mostly outside of Podiatry have seen it.

Every letter generated by Podiatrists on Podiatry Online and on the
Podiatry Forum ( http://www.geocities.com/podiatryforum ) have
been overwhelming supportive and favorable of Brian. New letters
keep on coming in. And, even more are sent to Brian in private.

The APMA agreed, after reviewing the overwhelming support for
Brian within our profession, to hold a formal hearing on the matter
Now, in the last few days up to the APMA Convention, Brian needs
our help. It is absolutely impossible for one man, even with lawyers,
to fight a State Board--Even if you are 100 % right !! This is very
scary to me, And, yes, it could happen to anyone of us. If you
would like to call me, my number is: 504-464-7496 . Thank you.
