This week we submitted the Appeal Brief of the Podiatry Board's

Feel free to give me any feedback about what you think
the odds are of us winning this one.

I appreciate the DPM's who have reviewed the new complaints for
me. All of the people who reviewed them were sent the complaints
and records with no other information. The reviews were almost
identical. Everyone felt that the complaints were suspicious to say
the least.

I am going to a conference this month and next month and then
the restrictions on my license are supposed to be lifted but we'll
see if they come up with something new to delay or prevent this
from happening. Feel free to call or write or email any time if
