On February 3, 2003 the NDBPME met and voted to end the nearly 10 years of harassment of Brian Gale, DPM. The Board members have gradually been changed over the past 2 years thanks the North Dakota Legislature voting to place term limits on Board members. As a result of this Olson, Moen, Stone, Deckert are now off of the Board. This is the first time in approximately 20 years that Olson has not had control of this Board.
