Good going. I do have one point though. You made a comment about the podiatry schools closing as being untrue. Well, at least two of them are broke. Many of the others are having a significant downturn. Not for all of them, but for a couple I believe the days are numbered. I think you need to write a short synopsis of your case on the forum to wet the appetite of the students. As lazy as it sounds, many of them will think it takes too much effort to look at your website without some facts. I think if you phrase it as podiatry attacking its own, it will gather interest. Don't be disheartened by some of the lackluster response on there, if everyone was energetic and honest, you would have been out of trouble a long time ago. I have some friend who are lawyers who are writing the attorney general of North Dakota stating that the state could be liable for infringing on your rights for not protecting your license with fair process. They are also writing that the whole process could look like judicial misconduct and may warrant FEDERAL investigation if not properly handled. They are also writing the Governor spelling out that the legal community at large will not be impressed with the handling of this. If other professions
are drawn in, the scope of impact on North Dakota will rise and therefore
require action. They may circumvent the board and have a total impartial
board picked from outside.
Good luck |
