What do you say about a Podiatry Board where they don't let you or your Lawyer speak on your behalf? It is NOT Civil Law, you know, but Administrative Law where the same rules do not apply.

But, not even allowing one to correct obvious errors that the Board made and correct misunderstandings... Is this how the Board protects the citizens of the State? Or exercises ulterior motives while hiding behind their IMMUNITY? 

What do you say about a Podiatry Board where similar complaints against a Board Member and a non-Board Member are treated radically differently?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board what has "New" "Complaints" against a Doctor that are 8 or 6 years old? "Statute of Limitations"

You say? Not here. The Board makes the rules. They are bullet proof being their Immunity.

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that has a Family Practice Medical Doctor as a Member pass Judgment on a highly trained Surgical Podiatrist? A man with a FOUR (4) Year residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery? A MD who passes Judgment on the surgeon's Pre-op Note? As he wants to be independent, which OUTSIDE Podiatrists has the Medical Doctor Consulted with? I think the reader knows this answer.

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that gives a Podiatrist 2 days notice before a Board Meeting where one's "New" "Complaints" are to be adjudicated? And refuses to provide the Medical Records and other documentation to the Podiatrist for his Defense?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that dictates the "Standard of Care" but does not offer one iota of proof as to what it is? No Complainant has sued the Podiatrist or filed for disability. So, "where's the beef"?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that has a Non-surgical Podiatrist evaluate the complex surgery of an exquisitely well-trained Podiatrist, and find him lacking?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that ignores the 500 hand typed and hand written letters of support from patients of the Podiatrist? A Board that ignores the "MANDATE OF THE PROFESSION" as shown by the 66,000 visitors to the www.briangale.com web site, the hundred thousand visitors. to the Podiatry Forum www.geocities.com/Podiatryforum site, the Podiatry Online E-magazine that repeatedly reaches 6,000 Podiatrists?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that Ignores the fact that NOT ONE NEGATIVE LETTER ABOUT DR. BRIAN GALE HAS EVER BEEN WRITTEN since Brian Gale made this public in March 2000? That is a "Mandate of the Profession." One can not count the number of letters from Podiatrists critical of the Podiatry Board.

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that has the American Podiatric Medical Association order a Board of Inquiry to investigate their alleged unethical actions?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board where if a certain Podiatrist loses his License, that there is an alleged economic gain to other Podiatrists?

Conflict of Interest in the rush to "protect the citizens of the State"?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that does not follow the Century code that term limits the members and staggers the 4 year term and orders One Podiatrist to leave the Board each year? Is the Podiatry Board representative of the Podiatrists of North Dakota?

What do you say about a Podiatry Board that has "New" "Complaints" against a Podiatrist, where every Complainant was seen by a Podiatrist on the Board? CONFLICT OF INTEREST???

YES, IN 50 STATES. EVEN IN COMMUNISTIC NORTH KOREA.
