The Brian Gale Website speaks for itself. Who Questions that?

Tom,

Whoa Tom, you are smoking!! Well, your feelings are very common. You just express yourself well.

Who can deny your anger? Well, perhaps, let me ask, "can a Podiatrist be allowed to feel anger regarding what has happened to Brian Gale?" Or do we always have to be the polite and professional gentlemen that we are?

Gale has placed about 700 pages in the public domain. I don't believe that I am the only guy who has read them.

Nobody has disputed one fact on the Brian Gale web page. Gale has asked for rebuttals.

So, can one assume that if a Podiatrist does not respond to what one reads that one is in approval of the methods of evaluation that the North Dakota Board of Podiatric Medicine uses to evaluate Gale?

I mean, agreeing with that NON-surgical MD tell Gale that his Pre-Op note is below the standard of Care?
Sounds like Bull Sh*t to me.

OR stating that there was no Intra-op x-ray and stating that Gale is below the standard of care.
But, there WAS a intra-op x-ray?
Sounds like Bull Sh*t to me.

Or the Board changing their minds constantly, ducking and weaving like Mohammed Ali in his prime.
Sounds like Bull Sh*t to me.

Or doing the "New" "Complaints" that are 6 to 8 years old... blah, blah, blah.
Sounds like Bull Sh*t to me.

It is 3:30AM on Sunday morning and I am tired so I will cut this post short.

This is a "no brainer" fellow Podiatrists. If you are coming late to the party, it is ok, we will still welcome you with open arms. If you want to do something to help our profession get better, you can certainly start right here. www.briangale.com will be around for many, many years.

If I have made a mistake, let me be the first to apologize. In fact, I will even go to Bismarck in the middle of Winter and publicly apologize.

But, on the other hand, Podiatrists DO have First Amendment Rights of free speech guaranteed by our US Constitution. Don't be afraid of using them.
