Gale, DPM, of Bismark, North Dakota, to establish a Board of Inquiry. The purpose of this Board of Inquiry will be to consider and evaluate allegations of unprofessional conduct made by Dr. Gale against another member(s) of this Association. The inquiry will include, but is not limited to, a review of documents and taking of testimony material to the allegations. If charges
against a member(s) are to be considered, the Board of Inquiry will proceed
in accordance with Chapter IX, Section 3B, of the APMA Bylaws. |
