Duane,

I have decided to by pass even trying to get this to the Governor, knowing this will be responded by you and only you. I am sorry to bother you knowing you are a very busy person.

I am having a real hard time trying to understand the stance you and your office are taking with this issue. I would like to tell you about my husband Brian Gale. He is a man with high morality. He is a man who took my daughter from a previous marriage and made her his own. We now have another daughter together and he amazingly does not treat them different. He is home after work and is a great husband and father. This is not a man who has harmed anyone or who is out drinking and cheating. Contrary to what has been said about him and conjured up by Aaron. I have heard stuff about my husband and I that I didn't even know I was capable of doing in my dreams.

I am real frustrated in the fact that I chose to stay in ND because I thought it was a safe place to raise my daughter. I thought people here were fair and things that happened in big cities and high populated states wouldn't happened here. I thought people here had higher moral and ethics that they stood for what is right. In the last 41/2 years I found this to be untrue. I have been told that if we were in a more populated area this would have never happened that it is harder to get a boys club going in these areas. So I wonder what is worse crimes against property or crimes of injustice. I would chose crimes of property over this any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I wonder if people who chose to look the other way know what I and my family are going through. It is one thing to be punished for doing something wrong but when nothing has been done and you are being persecuted it is very hard to keep faith not only in justice but in the human race altogether. I have heard of things like this happening to other people but you never think it can happen to you. I have learned that if you get on the wrong side of people who have money and political power you are as good as over. I now believe this which I am sorry to say.

I think it is real interesting how you and your office can say that the board is following procedure. It is also surprising that it has been said that they are doing nothing out of the ordinary. I wonder what is normal. Is it normal for the board to say and even sign a written affidavit saying that Aaron Olson did not attend any of the meetings concerning Brian. I was at the meeting in Jamestown, I sat right next to Aaron I was there when he leaned over and whispered in Hofsommers ear, who by the way was the person who signed the affidavit saying Aaron was not there. I wonder if it is following procedure to have the expert who is one of Aaron's boys review the record for the board. This is also in an affidavit that Aaron signed saying he does know this person and in fact flies to where he lives to train under him a few times a year. Is it procedure that Galinsky the person who was chosen to be the independent counsel to make a decision on these cases is also one of Aaron's good old boys. I guess the word independent to me means free from all prejudices from both sides. But I guess in this case it only means on Brian's. Is it procedure that this independent person could not in fact find anything wrong with the original complaints that he had to make up all new complaints. That to me is like bringing someone into court for murder then finding that they really didn't kill someone and then charging them with shop lifting. I don't think it is procedure to have the board bring in other allegations after the record was closed because they new they didn't have a case with the original complaints that would stick. Is it normal for 50 pages of the original record to be missing. Is it procedure to have one doctor held 41% for KILLING someone and no discipline was enforced on him., who by the way is the president of that board. But his competitor's whole career is ruined because after 2 amended complaints is disciplined for not having adequate informed consent, which by the way is the same consent form that is used by the president of the podiatric board . Is it procedure to discipline one doctor for not having 100% perfection in surgery when he was trying to fix a screw up that was done by the president of the board. These patients were in fact better then before they saw Dr. Gale and is it procedure not to discipline the first doctor who screwed up.

I know one of the major arguments that the state has and has used is that Brian agreed to have an independent person look at these complaints. He was given only one choice for the person who would be reviewing this. He thought this person was to be fair and have no relationship with Aaron. This was not the case. When his review came back and he had made up totally different complaints then the ones that were submitted to him Brian had no choice then to have the board members review it. I also know you think it is fair that Brian had 2 chances at this and that both people found wrong doing. This is funny to me because they had to keep changing the story until they could find one to fit and to make sure they could discipline Brian. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to see this. It is plain as day to me and to other people that indeed this is conspiracy to get rid of Brian. It is also plain to me that no one in places of power are willing to stick there neck out to help because of either politics or other reasons that I am in no of knowing.

I wonder what it would be like to have a normal life. To have my husband come home from work and not have a worry about what someone is going to do next. I wonder what it would be like to have faith in the American government again and in justice. I wonder if people when they meet there maker get what they deserve. I wonder if people who know there is a great injustice being done here can sleep at night or look at there wives and kids and know they have their best to make this world a better place.

I would really appreciate a response to my questions. I would be willing to sit down and talk to anyone from your office.
Thank you for your time.

Tami, Hailey and Tori Gale
